We're looking for a manager for our Copper Store. Our showroom manager most important task is to keep our customers happy and help them in the best possible way this by managing the staff and help them to help the customers. You will help the staff and customers with your knowledge of mountain sports and your passion for our beautiful mountains. You should have an enthusiastic, fun and positive attitude while assisting customers with sales and product information. You will prepare shipments for our online customers and schedule pick-ups with FedEx and USPS.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of Showroom and staff, including working with internal business units such as online, shipping etc. Never forget that we are a team and we all work for one thing – customer satisfaction.

• Effectively applying 123Mountain methodology and enforcing project standards. • Creating and executing project work plans and making revisions as appropriate to meet the changing needs of the business.

• Identifying resources needed for project completion, have some ideas of how to get the work done in normal English. Assigning individual responsibilities on a task-by-task basis. • Effectively managing project risk and exposure. • Leading the QA team and reviewing deliverables prior to project completion. • Assisting the Director with all department-related functions. • 5 - 7 years of management experience, preferably in ecommerce or retail.

• In-depth understanding in the areas of application development and ecommerce.

We're seeking a full-time or part Internet Marketing Assistant to add to our headquarters located in Lakewood, Colorado. This position involves the internet and also marketing, which go together very well like peanut butter, banana and bacon. I hope you didn't think I was going to say peanut butter and jelly. Actually I do hope you thought that and then were pleasantly surprised. Surprise. The Internet Marketing Assistant is responsible for maintaining, reporting, and analyzing internet marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of ecommerce marketing experience, with knowledge of online marketing techniques such as affiliate marketing, comparison shopping engines, pay-per-click advertising, and search engine optimization. While in-depth knowledge of every area is not required, the candidate must have a working knowledge of internet marketing and be a very fast learner. Like a super-fast-lightning-speed learner.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with paid search, including creating effective ad copy, gathering reports, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Assisting with Comparison Shopping Engine (CSE) programs, including managing daily data feeds and updating campaigns based on ROI.

• Assisting with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including developing keyword lists and creating SEO-friendly content for our website.

• Writing ad copy, gathering new keywords and assisting with keyword discovery.

• Analyzing the competitive marketplace, including monitoring competitor websites and promotions.
